The apartment in the newly built apartment building, received the highest number of 4 flowers is located on an organic farm, in the mud, community Mals, in beautiful sunny Vinschgau! The farm is located on the Passo trail amidst pristine nature at 1600 meters altitude and is the ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours in a unique mountain landscape. In winter, several ski resorts and cross-country trails in the area, ski touring, snowshoeing and sledding directly from the farm. There are a number of ways, the sprawling Matschertal and cultural attractions to explore. Our newly built apartment is located in a quiet location - surrounded by forests and meadows, extremely suitable to recover from daily stress, to relax and unwind and enjoy the atembaraubende nature. The apartment in our classified as a passive house residential house is furnished modern and with furniture made of selected untreated wood of the region. Our house has a controlled ventilation system that ensures a healthy and comfortable living environment. The apartment is equipped with bathroom (toilet, shower, hair dryer, sink ...), one or two bedrooms for two persons, living room with super-comfortable pullout Schlafchouch for another two persons, kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator) and SAT TV. The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is equipped of all the rooms with access to the south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Ortler Mountains. Sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing are naturally present. Children can experience first hand on the Aviunshof farm. Join us at the barn or work in the hay! In addition, there is a playground in the home garden, and lots of animals to pet. In our herb garden, our guests are welcome to use to your heart's desire. On request we serve breakfast or a hearty peasant snack after hiking. Ins our farm shop, there are homemade farm products such. B. Almkäse or yogurt, and in close gelegegen village shop, there are all products for your daily needs. Please ask for our children's discounts and ask for your personal offer.
